Return Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all items. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases that arise from our mistakes.

Please contact us before returning any item to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You may contact us by email at sales@mattjock.com or you can contact us by phone at 785/248-9329.

At the time you receive your RMA number you will also be given the correct address to use for return shipping.

Please write your RMA number in large print on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of your original invoice.

Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be given on items only, not shipping. All items must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged and must be in original condition. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid.

Privacy

We will never sell or give your personal information to an individual or company for the purpose of marketing or advertising.

Shipping Policies:

All items are shipped F.O.B. City, State U.P.S. or Federal Express unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are determined by weight and size of items ordered.

In cases where orders are placed that include multiple items, some items may be shipped separately.

Although most items are in stock and will ship on the same or next day from when order is placed, please allow 2 to 10 business days for processing plus shipping time. If items are backordered, you will be notified.
